BOARD WIDE PLOT!
Okay folks here is the deal, your character(s) can be as involved or uninvolved in this as you want them to be. The catch is that, the more you rp your character(s) in this plot, the more likely you will be pleasantly suprised on Valentine's Day, by the adminsitration team. (I sooo love surprises!)
The plot - Felines: Vicious killers?
A couple sevendays ago, a young Weyrbrat was attacked at the Beach by a feline. While this alone was not enough to raise suspicion that these felines were a threat to the people of Star Hold and Nova Weyr it was recently brought to the attention of the Weyrleaders that many minor and cot holds have been attacked by these beasts.
In order to assess this situation properly the Weyr is putting together a team of beastcrafters, Weyr guard and dragonriders, one or two healers would be welcome as well, to study these creatures. Felines have been sighted in various places but generally live in the tropical forests just beyond the shorelines.
This team will not be chosen by the Weyrleaders, we are asking for volunteers to do this. They will be excused from regular duties while this investigation is going on. Anyone on this team will be part of meetings in which the Weyrleaders will be informed of the progress.
Are the felines a threat? Should we kill them or use them to our own purposes? If we can find a way to use them, what are they best suited for and whom will be responsible for their care?
