Okay this is partially directed toward Dreamer - partially not. xD Since we had talked about the HeadWoman and HeadCook and wanted to scheme with them. So here is my idea for the first thread - tell me what you think and what could be modified.
I'm going off the assumption that they had met when they both first arrived here - probably a little bit beforehand even. But nothing too personal and in depth. I figured Wisthia would be impressed by the age and authority of the younger headwoman. Also, Wisthia would have been surprised when she realized just how much work the Weyr had in order to begin running smoothly. Even so, I can see Wisthia being very optimistic about it figuring it would allow her to train those who'd be working underneath her without any of them being set in the ways of the last HeadCook.
Going off that... The idea for our first thread.
Okay, and I have one more idea for a thread for Wisthia to start getting her going in plots and such. She's the personality of a motherly - or even grandmotherly - figure. As such, I'd like to do a thread with her in the Weyrhall open to nobody in particular.

Force of Habit
Need -- Headwoman and one other (either a candidate working with them for the day or a lower cavern woman/man)
Summary -- Wisthia is caught keeping her daughter in the kitchens with her. The headwoman voices her opinion of children underfoot. A brief argument ending with the headwoman and the one other both agreeing that Wisthia's daughter should - at the very least - be kept in the Hall if not at the creche. Wisthia will have to work on breaking the habit of keeping her daughter so close.

A Different Cup of Klah
Need -- Open 1, Open 2?
Summary -- Acting on her Motherly nature after her daughter is off to bed, Wisthia finds herself lending a listening ear to the new folk of Nova Weyr and sharing her specialty Klah - one with a hint of peppermint and quikal.
