Aww sweetie... *pets* Its alright. We are sorry for moving forward your hatching without you. *huggle* I hope things in RL are going alright for you. If you ever need an open ear just let me know.
As for catching back up - I'd say read the hatching to start with. Then you should start up some fresh threads. Maybe one or two, but anything to help you get back into it.
Maybe meet some of the Weyrlings? You have a good number on greens and one on a blue that are females and I bet a talk to them from the Weyrwoman wouldn't be a bad idea (or from your blue riding female)
Maybe pick up a thread with the Headcook? Maybe you want to discuss supplies with her and the Headwoman? Maybe you just want to sit down for a quiet cup of Klah? Maybe you want a special dinner or treat made?
Perhaps you need to get a thread started with the other Weyrwoman? Perhaps there are things that need to be discussed? Such as women standing at her hatching if there is not a gold egg? I don't think Igen would be as open to it and it could prove to be an interesting thread to say the least.
Just thought I'd throw some ideas at you. *hug* Let me know if you want to do anything with Wisthia or C'dest!
